Helping a Friend

An old friend of mine was in a rut and had to move out this evening. We were working against the clock, since I had work this evening. We managed to get all the big stuff out of the house and moved to her new place. She said she can manage doing the rest of the smaller things. I got in to work just in time.

Road Block

So I'm on my way home when I find my road blocked off. There is apparently a parade going through town. I just wish I knew beforehand. I only just moved in a few months ago. So, I'm just chilling elsewhere until its over.

Edit: I work overnight. So, getting off of work and not being able to get to your house when you are exhausted just sucks. It could be a fun parade, but there will be plenty more for Mardi Gras.

Visit

I've been having a great time with my brother. It will be sad to see him leave. I'll get too see him in Florida for Spring Break so it isn't that bad.

Nice Visit

My brother just came in to town for the weekend. It will be a great weekend.

Test

i have half of a Calc 2 test later on today. i hope I do as well as the first half. I just want to graduate for once. :P

Hotel pool

It's been a long time since I caught guests having sex in the pool. I just hope this continues. I don't like looking at dudes.

Netflix

i haven't updated my Credit Card on Netflix since September of last year. They still remind me to update, but still send DVDs and let me stream videos. i hope this lasts forever.

Been watching a lot of Netflix lately. Not much to do at work. I only get people to talk to once in a while. I've been watching Roseanne. It is actually pretty funny and relate-able. i just watched the episode where DJ gets a Super Nintendo. it was a nostalgic moment.

Night Shift

Working at the other night, I was tipped a full bottle of Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. The cute lady who owns the bar up the street brought it to me during my shift. We actually made plans for Spring break. It was really spontaneous.

From doing online homework for college, I happened to notice something about the URL.
