Road Block

So I'm on my way home when I find my road blocked off. There is apparently a parade going through town. I just wish I knew beforehand. I only just moved in a few months ago. So, I'm just chilling elsewhere until its over.

Edit: I work overnight. So, getting off of work and not being able to get to your house when you are exhausted just sucks. It could be a fun parade, but there will be plenty more for Mardi Gras.

  6. Happened to me with marathons, luckily there were gaps in the runners(walkers) and they let traffic through.

  7. Bummer. You should have just joined the parade, and then got off at your street.

  9. They should parade around on the sidewalks. Roads are for driving!

  13. I used to live on the main street for saturday bike marathons. for like 3 weekends i would get a ticket if i parked on my street and i had to follow a maze of backalleys to go anywhere. the only good thing was the chinese restaurant on the corner.

  16. I hate when that happens, we've got a parade coming up soon and they will be closing the main route along the coast for some 5 hours this Saturday morning. It's going to be dreadful!
